Welcome to ACLGIM

The Association of Chiefs and Leaders of General Internal Medicine (ACLGIM) provides a venue for leadership development and networking with leaders and peers from large and small organizations. As the 2023-2024 President, I am delighted to get a chance to work with this dedicated and innovative group of leaders.

The members of ACLGIM share challenges and solutions with the purpose of learning from each other. The collective wisdom and experience of the members of ACLGIM is its strength, and the willingness to share that wisdom and experience with others is its heart.

As the organization grows, our GIM community of leaders brings a renewed opportunity for collaboration and camaraderie. If you are a current member of ACLGIM, I hope you will consider sharing all that ACLGIM can offer by bringing them to the Winter Summit or the Hess Leadership Development and Management Institute. If you are not yet a member, I hope you will consider joining ACLGIM and contributing to this supportive learning community.

Mohan Nadkarni, MD
ACLGIM President 2023-2024
