Future Leaders
of GIM Fund
By making a gift to the Future Leaders of GIM Fund, you’ll help us ensure tomorrow’s general internists have access to the dynamic community and opportunities of SGIM. Your donation will offset the cost of membership and annual meetings for those new to the field.
As colleagues, we understand the nuances of the field and embrace the complexity that general internal medicine presents. We know the value of having a community of peers where we support one another’s success and where exploration and collaboration are celebrated.
Your gift today will help us grow a diverse community of people leading the way to better health for everyone. Join us in creating opportunities for young people and welcoming them to their new professional home.
SGIM provides scholarships for SGIM membership and annual meeting registration for medical students, residents, and fellows. These help us to expand our successful National Young Scholars and Investing in GIM programs. Building the next generation of GIM is a Society goal that resonates with our membership. These scholarships help grow our membership, engage young people in the field, and support the next generation of GIM.
ACLGIM UNLTD Fund
The Unified Leadership Training for Diversity (UNLTD) Program, coordinated by the Association of Chiefs and Leaders in GIM, is a leadership training program for junior and senior faculty designed to foster diversity within academic internal medicine. It emphasizes mentorship, a formal curriculum, management training, and experiential fellowships.
