SGIM has reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott - Q&C Hotel and Bar New Orleans, Autograph (344 Camp Street New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, 70130) for $189 per night.

The block of rooms is available from February 12 – February 17, 2025.

Please make your reservations no later than Thursday, January 9th, 2025.  Reservations received after this date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.

No parking is offered at the venue. However, there are several parking options close by.

As part of SGIM's commitment to hosting environmentally sustainable regional meetings, all SGIM regional meetings will be paperless. There will be no printed agendas or handouts at the event. All documents, including last-minute room or schedule changes, will be communicated through the mobile meeting app. We strongly encourage you to use the app for the most up-to-date information, which can be accessed across multiple devices.

If you attended the SGIM24 meeting in Boston earlier this year, you may already have the app installed on your phone.

How to Download and Install the Mobile App:

• Search for "SGIM" in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Once you open the app, select the logo for the event: 2025 SGIM Southern Regional Meeting.
• Press "Select Event" at the bottom of your screen to load the event.
• Click the "Login" button and enter the email you used to register.
• Check your email for the sign-in link.
• You will remain logged in until you manually log out.
• Customize your experience using the menu at the bottom of the screen.

Cancellation Policy

Meeting registration cancellations must be received in writing to regions@sgim.org three weeks prior to the day of the event to receive a 75% refund. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another attendee. You must contact the hotel directly to cancel any hotel reservation.

ATTENDEE CODE OF CONDUCT

By registering for and attending any SGIM-sponsored event, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct Policy.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

SGIM is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all SGIM meeting attendees. SGIM monitors guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and federal, state, and local health authorities.

Final event guidelines will be available to all registered attendees the week before the meeting.

By registering and attending the meeting, you agree to:

• You will follow event guidelines around masking wearing and other safety precautions per current guidelines set forth by the CDC.
• You will NOT ATTEND if feeling ill in the days leading up to and the morning of the meeting and will notify SGIM of your absence.
• If you test positive for COVID-19 within the week following the event, you will immediately notify SGIM for contact tracing.

EARN CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME) AMA PRA CATEGORY 1 CREDITS™ and MOC POINTS.  Attendees have 30 days following the meeting to complete the required evaluation survey(s).
