A program designed for junior to mid-career faculty who wish to further develop their leadership skills. Training and coaching from leadership scholars and successful GIM leaders, independant reading/assignments with online discussions and regularly scheduled direct communication with an ACLGIM LEAD coach during the 12 months following the program start. | Work Life and Wellness The WELL Program will build community of Wellness Champions able to address work life balance and stress prevention at their institution and beyond. This year-long program includes a one day in-person training session and continued online discussion and collaboration, all led by Dr. Mark Linzer.
