Oral Presentation Instructions

When preparing for your oral presentation, please make sure it is in a PowerPoint format (slide show). All other formats such as Word, Zip drive, etc. will NOT be accepted.

When preparing your slides, please be sure that your presentation time is taken into account. Your presentation should not run longer than 12 minutes.

All presenters are expected to adhere to the time limit so that we are able to accommodate all presentations within this session and have sufficient time for questions.

Additional onsite information including oral session room location will be available in the meeting app prior to the meeting.

PRESENTER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Poster Presentations Instructions


Poster boards measure 4' in height and 8' in length and your poster must be able to fit the board. You will be sharing the space and will need to make your poster no larger than 44"x 44". There will be four posters per board, two per side. If you do not follow the dimensions, you will not be able to present your poster.

Poster presenters are expected to remain with their poster(s) for the duration of the poster session in order to dialogue and network with meeting participants.
