The Society of General Internal Medicine (SGIM) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through direct sponsorship of the Society of General Internal Medicine (SGIM).

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation and assessment survey components, enables the participant to earn MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.

Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

SGIM is happy to offer CME and MOC for this regional conference. To request CME/MOC credit, attendees are required to:

• Complete the overall meeting evaluation (CME) and assessment (MOC), which will be provided at the end of the meeting via email and in the mobile meeting app.
