The COVID-19 pandemic brought chaos to patients and frustration to sidelined students yearning to help. This session shares how students transformed their values into action through a student-led, interdisciplinary, proactive outreach partnering with a large safety-net hospital to respond to the rapidly evolving social and healthcare climate created by COVID-19.
