Longitudinal Mentoring Opportunities

SGIM members have the opportunity to apply for multiple longitudinal programs that provide mentoring and advising components. These programs seek to help you explore and expand your leadership capabilities and navigate the academic promotion process. 

Women and Medicine Commission Career Advising Program (CAP)

The Women & Medicine Commission Career Advising Program (CAP) is a longitudinal sponsorship initiative to help female junior faculty successfully navigate the academic promotion process.  

 

Unified Leadership Training in Diversity (UNLTD) Program

The UNLTD program is a scholarship and  leadership training program for junior and senior faculty to foster diversity within academic internal medicine, emphasizing mentorship, a formal curriculum, management training and experiential fellowships. 

 

ACLGIM's LEAD Program

ACLGIM LEAD will offer Society of General Internal Medicine members a structured program experience designed to explore and expand the leadership capabilities of individuals regardless of their current leadership position and academic rank.
