Submission Categories
SGIM is now accepting submissions in the following categories. The deadline to submit is July 22, 2025.
Submission Fees
$20 for Trainees and $60 for Faculty
There is no charge for Arts & Humanities submissions for the 2025 meeting.
*Trainees are defined as Fellows, Residents, and Medical Students
How to submit
Access the New England Regional Meeting submission site on ScholarOne®.
- For new users: Create a username and password.
- Existing users: Log in with your current credentials. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" option for recovery. If your email has changed, email regions@sgim.org to receive updated login details.
- Complete all required fields, including questions about external funding.
- There's a 5,000-character limit across all input fields. Monitor your word count in the yellow box on each form.
- Your submission won't enter peer review until all co-authors disclose relevant financial relationships. After submission, co-authors get an email to submit their disclosures. If they fail to comply, you'll be notified to either remove them as co-authors or withdraw your submission.

You do not have to be an SGIM member or a part of the region to review. This reviewer volunteer opportunity is open to faculty and fellows only. Residents should wait to apply until their training is complete.
