Presenter Information
- Online Registration is now open. All presenters are required to register for the meeting.
- Registration fees are not waived for presenters (even if you are attending only to present your work), and there are no special rates for presenters.
- Submission acceptance and submission fees paid DOES NOT automatically register you for the meeting - you must still register in order to attend and present your work.
- Submission of your RSVP for the meeting is NOT a registration for the meeting
- There are no virtual presentation options.
- Oral Presentation Session
- Each session includes four presentations, granting each presenter a 15-minute slot. Presentations should consist of no more than 12 minutes of lecture, leaving three minutes for questions.
- All presenters must adhere to the time limit to ensure equal time for all presentations within the session and allow sufficient time for questions.
- A moderator in the room will assist you and keep the session on time.
- You are responsible for bringing your PowerPoint presentation on a flash drive.
- Please arrive at your assigned room at least 10 minutes before your session start time to make sure the session can begin on time.
- A computer and projector will be available in the room. Please remember that any special features, videos, and/or plug-ins in your PowerPoint presentation may not work correctly due to internet connectivity or equipment issues beyond our control.
- Additional onsite information, including oral session room location, will be available in the meeting app prior to the meeting.

- You MUST print and bring or ship your own poster to the meeting. Printing services are not offered onsite.
- Refer to the Preferred Poster Printer Ordering Instructions for instructions on having your poster printed and shipped to either your home or to your conference hotel via our preferred poster printer.
- All orders require a five business day lead time to print, and are then shipped via UPS Ground Service, so please plan ahead.
- Poster presenters are expected to remain with their poster(s) for the duration of the poster session to dialogue and network with meeting participants while judges review their work.
- Posters are required to be mounted no later than 15 minutes before the start of the session. Push pins will be provided.
- Posters must be dismounted no later than 30 minutes after their session.
- Presenters are responsible for dismounting their own poster(s). Unclaimed posters will be recycled after the meeting. We do not ship unclaimed posters to presenters.
- Poster boards measure 48" tall by 96" wide, and two posters will be on each side of the board. The maximum size allowable for posters is 48” x 48” (half of the board); however, we recommend a poster size of 36" x 48".
- If your poster is larger than the specified dimensions, you may be unable to display or present your poster.
- Additional onsite information, including your poster board number assignment, will be available in the meeting app before the meeting.

- You MUST print and bring or ship your own poster to the meeting. Printing services are not offered onsite.
- All Workshop presentations are allotted 60 minutes.
- You are responsible for bringing your own PowerPoint presentation with you on a flash drive.
- Please arrive at your assigned room at least 10 minutes before your session start time so the session can begin on time.
- A computer and projector will be available in the room for your use. Please remember that any special features, videos, and/or plug-ins in your PowerPoint presentation may not work correctly due to internet connectivity or equipment issues beyond our control.
- All workshop faculty are required to register to assist in the workshop presentation, regardless of whether or not they plan to participate in the rest of the meeting.
- Additional onsite information, including workshop session room location, will be available in the meeting app prior to the meeting.
