Mid-Atlantic Region Call for Award Nominations

The SGIM Mid-Atlantic region has developed rigorous criteria that recognize outstanding clinical educators, researchers, advocacy & community service, and leaders. These criteria go beyond those traditionally used for identifying those with excellence in research criteria, such as peer‐reviewed publications or grant support. Recipients will be recognized at the regional SGIM meeting.

The deadline for all award nominations is September 8, 2026

Nomination Requirements:

  • Current Copy of Nominee CV
  • Letter of Nomination from an SGIM Member
  • Letter of Support from a Division Cheif
