Maintains official records of Council proceedings and supports governance operations and communications. The Secretary shall have oversight over the official communications of the Society; shall assure that the minutes of all meetings of the Members and of the Council are recorded; shall assure that all notices of meetings in accordance with these Bylaws are given; and shall, in general, perform such other duties as are incident to the office of Secretary and as may be assigned by the Council or by the President.
