Participates in ACLGIM Executive Committee activities and supports the achievement of its goals. The President of the Association of Chiefs and Leaders in General Internal Medicine (ACLGIM) serves as the principal leader of the ACLGIM Executive Committee. This is a three-year elected position encompassing the roles of President-Elect (Year 1), President (Year 2), and Immediate Past-President (Year 3). The President leads the Executive Committee’s strategic and operational activities, represents ACLGIM within the broader Society of General Internal Medicine (SGIM) governance structure, and ensures the organization advances its mission and goals.
