Participates in Mentor: LEAHP activities and supports the achievement of its goals. The LEAHP Mentor provides individualized guidance and support to a scholar enrolled in SGIM’s Leadership in Health Policy (LEAHP) program. Mentors play a central role in developing the next generation of health policy leaders within general internal medicine by supporting scholars through their Individual Development Plan (IDP), Capstone project, and broader professional growth throughout the program year. The role carries a one-year commitment aligned with the LEAHP program cycle.
