Chair

Leads the committee in reviewing conflict of interest disclosures and making recommendations to Council regarding concerning relationships. The SGIM Conflict of Interest Review Committee is responsible for reviewing reports from responsible officials on a continuous basis and makes recommendations to Council regarding concerning relationships. The group is made up of members appointed by the president and representatives appointed by the Ethics committee. The group evaluates on a yearly basis the overall impact of any trends in financial or other relationships based on the review of individual disclosures and provides a report with recommendations to Council.
