Yousaf Ali, MD, MS

Dr. Yousaf Ali is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY.  Dr. Ali is a Director of Quality at the Hospital Medicine Division of the Department of Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Ali has been involved in various quality improvement projects and has developed an app and published a book related to documentation improvement. Dr Ali has been associated with the SGIM since 2015. He has served in Academic Hospitalist Task Force, Hospitalist Workgroup and Clinical Practice Committee of the SGIM.  He has been an Associate Editor for SGIM Forum for the past 6 years and has written on several topics related to the quality of care. He plans to continue to be an active member of SGIM.
