Biography
Dr. Lee is a Professor of Medicine and Associate Dean of Students and Professional Development at the Pritzker School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from New York University and a master’s in public health from the Harvard School of Public Health before completing her Internal Medicine residency at Weill Cornell Medicine. She is a clinician educator, and her scholarly work focuses on the personal and professional development of trainees, physician and trainee well-being, and the impact of technology use on the doctor-patient relationship. She has been recognized for her research, innovation, and mentorship through national awards from the Society of General Internal Medicine, the Association of Program Directors in Internal Medicine, the Association of American Medical Colleges, and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Lee is a dedicated educator and mentor passionate about caring for underserved patients on the South Side of Chicago.
