Peggy B. Leung, MD

Peggy B. Leung, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. She serves as Co-Program Director of the Primary Care Track and Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine. She earned her MD from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and completed her residency and chief residency in the Internal Medicine-Primary Care Track at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine. She practices primary care at an academic primary care practice with Weill Cornell Medicine. She has received numerous awards for her teaching, including the WCIMA Attending of the Year and the Annual House Staff Teaching Award from Weill Cornell College of Medicine. Her academic interests include health equity, reflective practice, curriculum development, and home care navigation.
