Dr. Bruti has worn nearly every leadership hat in academic hospital medicine program director, associate clerkship director, division chief. Overseeing 70 physicians and a dozen APPs at Rush, he understands the business drivers, team dynamics, and operational realities that early-career hospitalists rarely see from the front lines. His passion for medical education, faculty development, and the business of medicine maps directly onto what you’ll explore in this program and his Med-Peds background brings a uniquely cross-trained perspective to teaching, mentorship, and quality improvement.
