Biography
Aprotim Cory Bhowmik (he/him) is a fourth-year MD/MPH student at the Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, applying to internal medicine. He received a BS in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. His research interests are in cardiology, carceral health, and homelessness. He has worked as a high school teacher at Milton Academy and as an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University. For fun, Cory enjoys going on dates with his partner (Titi), playing with his Catahoula leopard dog (Coco), and learning how to bartend.
