Biography

Dr. McClintock is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington in the Division of General Internal Medicine. She is the current director of the Teaching Scholars Program, a longitudinal faculty development program for health professions educators.  Dr. McClintock is also the founder and prior director of the Women’s Health Pathway for the internal medicine residency program, where she lead curriculum development and program evaluation, as well as contributed to national efforts through SGIM to define women’s health competencies and EPAs. Dr. McClintock is a nationally recognized clinician-educator whose scholarly work focuses on the learning climate, psychological safety in clinical learning environments, and equity in assessment. Clinically, Dr. McClintock practices primary care with an emphasis on women’s health.
