Biography

Dr. Parzuchowski is an Assistant Professor in the Division of General Medicine at the University of Michigan and works clinically at the Ann Arbor VA as a member of the Clinical Deployment Team. He completed his MD and MPH at Johns Hopkins University and Internal Medicine residency at Northwestern University, and then the National Clinician Scholars Program (NCSP) at the University of Michigan, earning an MS in Health and Health Care Research. During this time, he served as a fellow at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) designing alternative payment models, including the recently announced AHEAD Model. Additionally, he served as a health policy fellow for the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance focusing on health system reform to improve patient access, utilization, outcomes, and costs.
