Hollis Day, MD, MS, MHPE, is the Chief of Geriatrics at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an associate professor of medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine
Mark Schwartz, MD, is a Professor of Population Health and Medicine and serves as Vice-Chair for Education and Faculty Affairs at NYU Grossman School of Medicine

Anuradha Paranjape, MD, MPH, is Chair of the Department of Medicine at Denver Health and Professor and Vice Chair for the Department of Medicine, at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Michael Barnett, MD, is an Associate Professor of Health Policy and Management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a primary care physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital
Patricia Harris, MD, is the Clinical Chief of Geriatric Medicine and Director of the Medical Home Visit Program at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine
