Presenter Information
- Online Registration is now open. All presenters are required to register for the meeting.
- Registration fees are not waived for presenters (even if you are attending only to present your work), and there are no special rates for presenters.
- Submission acceptance and submission fees paid DOES NOT automatically register you for the meeting - you must still register in order to attend and present your work.
- Submission of your RSVP for the meeting is NOT a registration for the meeting
- There are no virtual presentation options.
Timing
- 15-minute sessions (13 minutes presentation, followed by two minutes Q&A)
- Strict time limits enforced by the room moderator
Technical Requirements
- Bring the presentation on a flash drive
- Arrive 10 minutes before the session
- Computer and projector provided
- Special features/videos/plug-ins in your PowerPoint may not work due to connectivity or equipment issues beyond our control.
Room Information
- Session locations are available in the meeting app before the event.
Printing and Shipping
- Must print and bring your poster (no onsite printing available)
- Optional: Use our Preferred Poster Printer service and have your poster shipped (requires a five business-day lead time)
Presentation Requirements
- Stay with the poster during the session for networking and judging
- Mount 15 minutes before the session starts (pins provided)
- Remove within 30 minutes after the session ends
- Unclaimed posters will be recycled
Size Specifications
- Board size: 48" x 96" (shared by two posters)
- Maximum poster size: 48" x 48"
- Recommended size: 36" x 48"
