Developed by the Department of Population Health at NYU Grossman School of Medicine in partnership with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Congressional District Health Dashboard is the first tool to provide comprehensive, validated data on health and its drivers at the congressional district level across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

The Dashboard includes interactive maps and measures on health outcomes, social and economic factors, and drivers of equity. SGIM members can use this resource to:

  • Explore district-level data on issues such as primary care access, Medicaid enrollment, and chronic disease prevalence.

  • Support research, education, and advocacy with locally tailored information.

  • Provide evidence to inform discussions with policymakers and strengthen advocacy efforts aimed at Members of Congress.

The Dashboard is maintained by NYU’s Health Dashboards Initiative and updated regularly, making it a reliable and evergreen tool for clinicians, educators, and researchers engaged in advancing health equity and policy change.
