Manages all activities regarding membership- specifically focusing on member retention, growth and overall membership satisfaction. Creates, updates, and distributes membership-related information to current members as well as prospective members. Serves as the staff liaison for the Society’s Membership Committee. Manages employee operations including annual professional development, employee HR-related trainings, employee satisfation, etc.
