The Science of Electronic Health Record Transitions

Read the new JGIM supplement, “The Science of Electronic Health Record Transitions.” Funded by the VA Office of Research and Development, Health Services Research and Development (HSR&D) Service, this supplement was designed to help address the many issues that can accompany a healthcare system’s transition to a new electronic health record (EHR) system.
