Congress Negotiates Health Package Eyeing Deadline of January 30
With the current continuing resolution (CR) expiring on January 30, many critical health programs that were extended with the CR will lapse unless Congress takes action. Among the expiring programs, two are of interest to the SGIM members: the Medicare telehealth flexibilities and the Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education (THCGME) program.
