The Northwest Society of General Internal Medicine Award for Excellence in Clinical Education is designed to recognize exceptional Clinician Educators in our region. This award targets individuals who are in the process of advancing their careers as Clinician Educators. The Committee will specifically seek candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Are in the early or mid-stages of their career as Clinician Educators, holding a position at or below the rank of Assistant Professor.
- Are actively involved with the SGIM at the regional level.
- Have demonstrated innovation and excellence in teaching and/or in clinical care delivery.
