Course Description
This is a recorded session from the SGIM 2024 Annual Meeting in Boston.

After a carefully structured review of the literature, the presenters will share the most important practice-changing articles on primary care topics from the previous year. The presentation is case-based and interactive, with a focus on the application of the evidence to everyday outpatient practice. The presenters will introduce each article, present a brief case, summarize the key points, present a critical analysis of the evidence, and allow discussion from attendees.

  1. Identify important practice-changing articles on primary care
  2. Describe the results and limitations of each study presented
  3. Assess the common medical problems referenced in the selected articles
