Course Description
Leadership is defined as an influence process in which the leader visualizes, motivates, and aligns people toward a common mission while working to improve the organization.
Junior or mid-career faculty may find themselves advancing into new leadership roles with different reporting structures. This may require engaging differently with leaders to successfully advance a project or goal.
This course is designed to enhance your knowledge and skills in developing effective working relationships with your leaders. It provides a thoughtful framework for building better relationships as you navigate your role.
