This module helps GIM faculty navigate their dynamic, nonlinear career paths using the S-curve model. It addresses the challenge of navigating nonlinear and dynamic career paths in GIM. Many faculty struggle with effectively planning and executing career transitions, which can lead to stagnation, missed opportunities, and burnout. This module aims to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to recognize, plan for, and successfully navigate career transitions.
Pedagogical Approach: Faculty combine theoretical frameworks, practical exercises, and real-life case studies to foster learning and application. We employ active learning strategies, such as self-assessment and interactive worksheets, to engage participants and facilitate reflection on their career trajectories.
This content guides participants through recognizing career phases, planning transitions, and creating personalized transition plans. Practical exercises and inspiring stories from seasoned professionals emphasize skills in self-evaluation, mentorship, and networking. Participants will gain essential strategies for effective career transitions, promoting continued professional growth and satisfaction.
This content will introduce communication skills to you, as a learner, as well as give you information and tips on how to teach this training in your institution.
