Health & Safety at ACLGIM Summit

What we’re doing

Vaccination Policy

  • To keep everyone safe, we’re requiring all attendees of the 2021 ACLGIM Summit to be vaccinated. Read the full policy here.
  • Prior to arriving on site, attendees are asked to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the WHO or FDA. We are partnering with VaxYes by GoGetDoc for vaccine verification. You can get your digital vaccine card added to your digital wallet for free and it only takes a few minutes.
  • Upload your vaccination verification through VaxYes now at www.gogetdoc.com/vaxyes/events/vaxyes-sgim

     Before getting your card:
    1.  Make sure to use your mobile device
    2.  Have your CDC vaccine card and an ID ready

Mask Policy

    Social Distance

    • Meeting room seating will be organized to keep safe distances between attendees
    • Whenever possible, food functions will be outside
    • High-traffic areas will be set to encourage flows of movement that discourage crowding and bottlenecks

      Cleaning and Hygiene Standards

      • We are following all recommended protocols for events per CDC and WHO guidelines including providing hand sanitizer throughout the meeting space, minimizing the number of high-touch surfaces, and frequent cleaning of common areas.
