Generalists Engaged in Population Health: Improving Outcomes and Equity through Research, Education and Patient Care

What: The Society of General Internal Medicine will be holding its 2016 Annual Meeting, “Generalists Engaged in Population Health: Improving Outcomes and Equity through Research, Education and Patient Care”, May 11-14, 2016 in Hollywood, Florida.  Members of the media are invited and welcome to attend the meeting.

Where: Diplomat Hotel & Spa, 3555 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood, Florida 33019

When: The meeting begins Thursday, May 11 with an opening plenary at 9:15am featuring Marshall Chin, MD, MPH; SGIM President 2015-2016 and Richard Parrillo Family Professor of Healthcare Ethics in the Department of Medicine, University of Chicago.

Who presenters are: Doctors and other health care professionals responsible for teaching general internal medicine to the next generation of physicians.
