One-on-One Mentoring

One-on-One Mentoring Program

SGIM offers associates and faculty a valuable opportunity to speak privately with a senior SGIM mentor from a different institution. Mentors and mentees are matched based upon mutual interests and expectations, as well as designated career paths. Mentor-mentee pairs meet at least once during the annual meeting, and are encouraged to continue an ongoing relationship afterwards.

MENTEES

Mentees should prepare for their meeting by developing a clear agenda for the session, focusing on one or two topics centered on professional goals.
