In this session we hope to explore and strengthen the academic and political link between SGIM and AAMC in order to synergistically collaborate on activities and projects of interest; foster leadership development for junior and mid-level SGIM faculty interested in Medical School/Dean’s Office types of careers and stimulate participant discussion regarding future SGIM initiatives to undertake in conjunction with future AAMC meetings.
