REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
REGISTRATION FEES MAY BE CHECKED BY CLICKING HERE

Click here to register for the offerings that carry a registration fee, including the nine (9) Wednesday events (the ACLGIM Institute, the Quality Improvement Skills for Reliable Care course, one of the five afternoon precourses, and one or both ABIM SEP modules) and the SGIM 2012 annual meeting itself.

SGIM’s web-based registration system is live, which has great advantages including up-to-the-minute registration information. Register online and you will not need to identify a second or third choice—closed sessions will simply not be included as an option in the drop down list.

The online registration system allows for pre-registration of all sessions, including abstract, vignette and innovations sessions, impossible to manage on paper registration forms.  If you must fax in your form, and plan to attend one of these oral presentation sessions, do not pre-register for a workshop!.

Workshop and precourse size limits are set by their faculty; most are limited to no more than 50 attendees. You may also pre-register to attend clinical updates and special symposia, which can accommodate 200 attendees in each session.

Anyone enrolled as a student - at either the undergraduate or graduate level, would identify themselves at the associate member level.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS: Only current SGIM members who have paid their 2012 dues may register at member rates. Non-members, lapsed and former members are welcome to either join or renew their membership at the time of registration in order to take advantage of the reduced member registration fees.
