HOTEL INFORMATION

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel located in downtown Chicago (address below).   Please refer to our group name "Society of General Internal Medicine" when making your reservations.  All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel's Reservation Department by calling 800-233-1234.  The rates are below:

Double Occupancy: $159
Triple Occupancy: $184
Quad Occupancy: $209

The hotel requests that you make your reservations no later than Wednesday, September 1, 2010
