CME Application Information
How To Apply for CME?
REMEMBER: You must complete an online CME application within 12 months of the annual meeting.
Step-by-Step Instructions for both SGIM Members & Non-Members:
- Click on “Members Login”
- Enter your Email address and password when prompted. As a non-member you would have set this up at the time of registering for the conference online. Forgot yours? Click a button and it will be emailed to you!
- Click on “CME History"
- Click on Apply for CME Credits”
- Click on 33rd Annual Meeting
- Identify the sessions you attended during the annual meeting. Remember:
- poster sessions, among others, do not accrue CME hours, so you will not “see” them on the list of sessions for which you may request CME credit hours
- You may not apply for AMA PRA Category 1 CME credit for presenting a session. You may accrue AMA PRA Category 2 credit hours for the time you spent preparing your session
