Mentoring Program Application Instructions

To submit your application to the One-on-One Mentoring Program and/or the Women and Medicine Task Force Career Advising Program, please follow the steps below. 

  1.  Login to the SGIM members only site. Your username is your email address.  You can receive a password reminder here.  Membership is required.
  2. Click the Mentor/Mentee Programs link in the menu on the left hand side of the page.
  3. To begin the application, please select the program(s) to which you would like to apply.  If you would like to apply to both the One-on -One Mentoring Program and the Women and Medicine Task Force (WAMTF) Career Advising Program, please check both application boxes.  
  4. After selecting your application, click "Add/Edit Programs" to begin your form.  Please be prepared to upload your CV to your application.
  5. If you are applying to be both a mentor/advisor and a mentee/advisee, you will need to complete this process for the Mentor Programs and the Mentee Programs.

Note:  To attend the mentoring panels or mentoring interest group at the Annual Meeting, you must attend the annual meeting.  

The mentoring application system will close
on March 8, 2018.
